Interview With Kanye West!!!!

Kanye On 808's And Heartbreak.... "for the first time in my life I was left alone with my thoughts, and it was scary as hell"!


Ms.A: Mr. Kanye West thank you for stopping by SAU!

Kanye: Well thank you, how are you today Ms.A? Thank you very much for having me!

Ms.A: of course everyone wants to know your train of thought about last year, so how about we clear everything out for SAU today?

Kanye: I'm down for that lets go I'm excited

Ms.A: So lets start here...recently the Grammy nominations came out...what are your feelings about being left out of the "Big Ones"?

Kanye: LOL I would be lying if I would say its a shock, but I expected that for my actions that had nothing to do with the credibility of my art, but I'm being punished for it I see but if they want to do a dis service to the art of music as a whole than so be it! If that's want they want to do, its on them!

Ms.A: So we'll go back to the beginning...808's and heartbreak came out and was a very dark album for you but of course a masterpiece, where were you at that point in your life?




Kanye: Ms.A, I was in a very dark place in my life I had just lost my mother and my fiance left me, for the first time in my life I was left alone with my thoughts, and it was scary as hell!

Ms.A: do you give you ex fiance credit for inspiration on the album?

Kanye: I give her credit for putting me in that place, I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing LOL

Ms.A: So after the album everyone who came out as an "official rapper" wanted to either change their style or sing as you did...do you think you gave them inspiration?

Kanye: I would love to think I gave them inspiration, but I definitely think I gave them the blueprint on how to do it! I definitely think 808's was a game changer call me cocky or not but I do

Ms.A: I agree, No one saw anything like 808's before!

Kanye: the proof is on wax.

Ms.A: so now do you consider yourself a rapper/singer or was that a one time thing?

Kanye: I consider myself an artist I don't put myself in a box as just a rapper/singer you will hear all of those influences in my music.

Ms.A: Now of course you saw the Southpark episode where they went in calling you a "Gay Fish" did you take that as a joke or did it hit you kinda hard?



Kanye: Man, It hit me hard at first but I actually thought it was kind of funny, it was very creatively done so I couldn't get mad at that, but I remember the the next day I went to P.F Changs and the manager brought me a free plate of fish sticks I didn't find that funny all .

Ms.A: WOW!!

Kanye: as I think I haven't been back to P.F Changs since

Ms.A:LMAO Awh damn P.F Changs!

Ms.A: So now we are at the MTV Music Awards 09' Taylor Swift Goes to accept her award....what were you thinking at that exact moment?..Truthfully lets keep it 100!




Kanye: LOL WOW In my heart I know Beyonce's video was the best of this decade and one of the best all time, so I was going up there to give Beyonce her props because she deserves it and she doesn't get nearly enough, it was not about disrespecting Taylor,I love Taylor and her music!

Ms.A: after you said your peace,on the way off the stage did you think "damn I F***ed up?

Kanye: I really didn't because in my soul I really believed that about Beyonce so I felt right but when I got home and watched it than I saw how it looked..... and it looked very very bad and I truly apologize from the bottom of my heart.

Ms.A: So SAU the Taylor Swift,Kanye West thing is officially DEAD!!

Kanye: I hope so I'm ready to move on!

Ms.A: So you were originally suppose to tour with Lady Gaga but for some reason it got shut down...can you explain that?

Kanye: Well I decided that it was best for me to go away for awhile and Gaga is such a great artist I didn't want my bad pub to affect her

Ms.A: How thoughtful is that? So no bad blood between Lady Gaga and yourself right?

Kanye: oh no I love Gaga and I will support her as much as I can and hopefully one day we can tour! I love Gaga and her music we need her right now.

Ms.A: So when will we see Kanye on tour?

Kanye: Oh gosh I don't have a date for that but in the next few years you will see one

Ms.A: So Ms.Amber Rose.... Of course you two are an item right?

Kanye: yes we are.




Ms.A: how has she helped you through the rough situations in your life?

Kanye: She has been there for me she really has I know most people think she is a gold digger or what not, but she has been such a great woman I would not trade her for the world!

Ms.A: So that means we will see the white Pickett fence and all that soon?

Kanye: LOL you never know

Ms.A: So what is the new year looking like for Kanye?

Kanye: you know I don't want to say that a new album is coming but I'm making music almost everyday but you can look for John Legend,Common,Kid Cudi,and Big Sean! Next year will be filled with G.O.O.D Music!

Ms.A: Gotta love it!

Ms.A: So with that being said Mr.West I want to thank you so much for giving me on of your first sit downs I appreciate it so much!

Kanye: thank you for having Ms.A I have really enjoyed this

Ms.A: I mean your not leaving me without keeping it 100 first!

Kanye: this is my favorite part of your interviews!

Ms.A: ok so from the outside looking in right,Who dogged you the worst for the Taylor Swift thing?

Kanye: LOL, I would say the CMA's as a whole dogged me the worst! Man I got a lot of hate male from country artist But we will see how mean they will be at the Grammy's
