So the big question Is Who did it better BET on last moments notice with Jamie Foxx and all his hoopla OR, MTV with Janet Jackson's tribute and Kanye's hoopla? I for one thought Janet Jackson's whole thing was a great tribute you can tell she really felt emotional Great Job Janet! I just wanted Chris Brown to come out in the beginning tribute so bad! damn Chris whatcha gon do now?
