They Get you comin in ,and the get you goin out right?...A Superior Court judge in Yuma, Arizona, issued a bench warrant for Lil Wayne on Tuesday when the rapper failed to appear in court to face drug and weapons charges. We all know the true reason Wayne couldn't make it was because he is now incarcerated in a New York Prison on gun charges...
The warrant was issued because Wayne did not appear in court for a final trial management conference, according to The Associated Press, but according to MTV.com his attorney James Tilson said his client could not make it because of the sentence he has been serving at New York's Rikers Island jail since March 8.
Now ya'll know It would be messed up if Wayne got out and Arizona tagged em' again..DAMN
