Yesterday Michael "Big Mike" Lynche performed Maxwell's "This Woman's Work" on the infamous American Idol. The performance got rave reviews from the judges and an unusual river of tears for judge Kara Dioguardi. "I've never cried after hearing something like that. It's amazing. You were amazing. And it's so relevant for you and I can feel it. You know it's your life right now, it's your respect for your wife, what you've gone through," she said, referring to the song's theme of parenthood and the recent birth of Lynche's child.
SAU this season of American Idol has a lack of performers and SANGERS. Usually American Idol produces singers that blow the roof off things like Fantasia,Carrie Underwood,Jennifer Hudson and of course Adam Lambert...Not this year, last night was the first time I actually heard something good (still can't compare to previous performers) but I don't think it was good enough to be a certified "tear jerker"...SAU whatcha think?
Big Mike is a great singer he made me a little teary eyed last night aswell.
