WWE Recap......
With a a Jon Lovitz hosted show, and the day after much injuries from 'Over the Limit' I was eager to see what Raw could bring last night....
We began the show with a basically broken Batista chauffeured to the ring by two officials taking him to an awaiting wheel chair in the ring (LMAO) After saying the two words 'I Quit' during a match with Cena at 'Over The Limit'. In mid sentence we find out that we have a new GM Of Raw and it is in fact Bret Hart after a quick stroll to the ring Bret Hart informs Batista of "Fatal 4way" and the match that will be headlining the event. Batista would soon be axed out of this fatal 4way match being that he's too 'Hurt' to face (an obviously broken) Randy Orton....The Words 'I Quit' were muffled once again By the Animal.....
Sheamus Vs Mark Henry
The same boot that took out Cena at over the Limit after his win, took out Mark Henry last night qualifying Sheamus for the Fatal 4way match...Sheamus is getting progressively better and more interesting as the weeks go by!
Am I the only one happy for R-Truth and his first major singles championship last night in beating The Miz? Your new United States Champion...R-Truth people whatcha think?
In a deliberate attempt to be his father "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase asks to buy the eye of a man that 'pulled it out' during Jon Lovitz talent show...Thoughts on Ted Dibiase's new Gig??
Did the attack on the Hart foundation by 3 people that somewhat reminded me of Umaga spark your interest?
Edge Vs Cena Vs Chris Jericho
In a match that if John Cena won neither Edge or Jericho would qualify for the Fatal 4 way match,Vintage Cena shows up and of course shows out in a 'Come get me while I'm still Healthy' attitude, Only to have Jericho put the 'Walls of Jericho' on Both Cena and Edge but in the end, Your fatal Four way is Cena,Orton, Sheamus, and Edge...Whatcha think?

Great show last night I loved the I Quit segment with Batista it was great
ReplyDeleteI really like the Bret is the new GM but what is the point of the guest host now
ReplyDeleteThe worst of the night the divas.....last week was a fluke
ReplyDeletegood show last night
ReplyDeleteCongrats to R-Truth Im so happy for him
ReplyDeleteIm glad to see Vince giving some new blood a chance
ReplyDeleteBut what a horrible week The Miz is having I hope he can rebound
ReplyDeleteCONGRATS R-TRUTH!
ReplyDeleteIm so happy Brett vacated the belt
ReplyDeletePretty good show last night I didnt see the OTL ppv but it was a good follow up show
ReplyDeleteWho were those people who attacked the Hart's?
ReplyDeleteThe Divas sucked last night we were to quick to give them props and Im so tired of seeing the same 4 girls fighting
ReplyDeleteWho the hell were those tag team guys?
ReplyDeleteSteve,Matt,Greg any ideas?
ReplyDeleteI dont know who they are but Im searching to find out
ReplyDeleteLast night show was good they had some high points but the Brett Hart GM role leaves me with alot of questions
ReplyDeleteBut Vince has a problem with Randy Orton hurt and I dont know why he is booked for next month ppv I think he will be taken out of it somehow.Tripple H is hurt,Shawn Michaels retired,Batista out.....Its gonna be a long hard summer
ReplyDeleteGreg I would love to hear your commentary on what the WWE needs to do because its about to be a bad time I think.I really think Vince will be back in an on TV role as usual when things get rough
ReplyDeleteI agree its gonna be interesting to see how Vince handles this
ReplyDeleteLast night show was great but I have so many questions that does not seemed to get answered
ReplyDeleteGreg do you know who the hell those people were who attacked the Harts
ReplyDeleteIm gonna miss Batista
ReplyDeleteVince is gonna be in a bind
ReplyDeleteCongrats to R-Truth Im so happy for him
ReplyDeleteGreat show last night
ReplyDeleteI wonder if Orton will be able to go by next month
ReplyDeleteIts gonna be a hard summer for Vince I think all of his big stars are falling
ReplyDeleteLast nights show was good but Vince has alot of restructuring to do.
ReplyDeleteThe team that attacked the Hart Dynasty are the Uso Brothers Jimmy and Jules. There from the FCW and there the suns of former wrestler Rikishi
ReplyDeleteThe woman with them were there female manager Tamina she is the daughter of WWE Hall Of Famer Jimmy "Supa Fly" Snuka
ReplyDeleteIts gonna be a hard Summer its shaping up to be but if Vince would think about these couple of ideas it might be a little easier.1st Vince you need to wish upon a star and hope that Shawn Michaels picks up the phone and wants to wrestle again.Vince needs to also hope that John Cena can hold up until the fall he is long over due for a break and I talked to him after last night show and he is looking tired
ReplyDeleteCongrats to R-Truth its about time
ReplyDeleteBut if Vince will just trust in his brand that he has built and focus on the talent he has.He can get through the summer if you build up a Daniel Bryan fued and The Miz while The Miz and Chris Jericho are in the tag team title race.Put a focus on your tag teams vince get MVP and Mark Henry together The Hart Dynasty The Uso Brothers and some how get the Big Show and Rey Mysterio together
ReplyDeleteKeep going with the Sheamus and Cena fued and hope Randy anc Edge can get back into there fued
ReplyDeleteThe last thing you do is Melina will be back soon she has an ACL injury so she needs a little warm up time so send her to Smackdown for the Summer and have her and Layla get in an Angle. After that take Kelly Kelly and move her to Raw and let her just be more than a pretty face and go after Maryse! Give the title back to Maryse in about 3 weeks than some how transition where Maryse calls Kelly out and let her show up one week on Raw and attack Maryse.Have that going through the Summer but let Maryse get the of Kelly throughout but at Summerslam lets say Kelly breakthrough and wins the title. It will give some excitement to the diva's its the ultimate heel vs babyface and American vs French the WWE Universe will eat it up
ReplyDeleteThanks Greg
ReplyDeleteOne more thing get R-Truth and John Morrison into an angle that has the possibility of great matches.
ReplyDeleteVince forgets he is in the buisiness of wrestling he focuses so much on the Entertainment part.Vince if you polish the plan I just said I think we would appreciate it because were all fans of wrestling so you dont need to come out on TV trying to challenge someone Wrestlemania almost killed you so please let the talent hold you down so you can see what you got because this will keep happening if you dont create new stars.Your brand will hold you Vince were not going anywhere but if you dont start soon you will have no superstars left when you can use this time to try and create new ones right now
ReplyDeleteLast night show was really good I hate to see Batista go
ReplyDeleteThose are some good ideas in the last couple of comments
ReplyDeleteI hope Vince reads this Greg because I would not mind watching that
ReplyDeleteGreat commentary Greg I agree with what you said just give us more wrestling and less Jon Lovitz type please.
ReplyDeleteIm happy to see R-Truth win the title atleast its a start
ReplyDeleteI would be entertained by that scenario for sure
ReplyDeleteSomeone in the wwe needs to get Greg on board asap!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if the Uso brothers will be debuting in the WWE soon or was it a test
ReplyDeleteI agree Greg should have been working for them
ReplyDeleteIf he was than Vince might not be in this position
ReplyDeleteLast night show was really good but I hate that Batista is gone
