Quincy Jones To Re-Make "We Are The World"

Quincy Jones and Loniel Richie are planning a massive 25th anniversary re-recording of "We Are the World." Billboard.com states that The duo is summoning lots and lots of talent from Grammy weekend to stay an extra night - Monday Feb. 1 - and come to the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles. There, they will celebrate a quarter century since Ken Kragen, Richie and Michael Jackson organized the original "We Are the World" with Jones.
So far the lists of artists to join are Usher,Natalie Cole and John Legend but I assume when the word gets out we will hear many more distinctive voices to collab on this, especially with the tragic earthquakes hitting Haiti. It's hoped that as in 1985, everyone will "leave their egos at the door."

I would love to hear artists like Lady Gaga and Kings Of Leon Front man Caleb's voices on this massive collab. I wonder where co-writer Michael Jackson's voice will come in here....
