Brittney Spears is not on track to come out with a record any time soon (Or so we think) But she is making musical news with her just reaching record sells over 100 million records! According to online reports:
The Recording Industry Association of America has announced that Spears has officially sold over 100 million records, making her the best selling artist of the 2000’s, according to online sources. In addition, she is the fifth overall artist to join the charts of Janet Jackson, Whitney Houston, and Mariah Carey who have also sold over 100 million albums.
according to her wikipedia, She is ranked as the eighth best-selling female recording artist in the U.S., having sold more than 32 million copies of her albums and all certified by the Recording Industry Association of America.
Spears sold more than 28 million copies of her debut album, “Baby One More Time,” and has sold over 20 million copies with her second album, “Oops!… I Did It Again.”
